All of our Technicians are non subcontracted, fully trained, security cleared and IT literate......

We only use permanent, company-trained employees, this enables us to control, monitor and deliver the same high quality throughout the UK. Many of our clients prefer not to engage the services of companies who use a sub-contracted workforce, especially in such a sensitive area of their business.
Every 8 Solutions employee must go through extensive background checks to obtain security clearance. This gives added comfort to our clients about the individuals entering their critical environments. All Technicians spend a minimum of six months training along side one of our senior team leaders. 

Our team leaders require a minimum of three years with 8 Solutions before being promoted into the position and they are all Health and Safety trained.
 
8 Solutions is committed to ongoing training and development of its employees: all employees attend regular training sessions to ensure that the strictest standards of excellence are upheld, and to keep abreast of developments in technology, equipment, and best practices when working in a Data Centre environment.

All technicians are Police-vetted, Basic Cleared (BC) and Security Cleared (SC) for Government sites and other highly confidential environments.
